Rates and Insurance

We are currently in-network with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Horizon NJ Health,United Health Care, and Cigna.

Once you provide your insurance information at the time of scheduling your appointment via contact form or appointment request, we will verify coverage prior to your initial session.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, ask them if your plan has Out-of-Network benefits.

Out-of-Network benefits help cover some of the cost of your sessions when a facility does not have a contract with your insurance company. If you are using your out-of-network benefits, you will be charged the self-pay rate and provided a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Some policies have out-of-network benefits while others do not. You will need to contact your insurance company to find out if your policy has out-of-network benefits.

Self- Pay Options

We believe families should have access to quality mental health care, regardless of their insurance coverage. The Huddle offers self-pay options for individuals and families who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance plan is not accepted by our practice.

Our self pay rates are:

$200 per initial/Intake therapy visit

$125 per 45 minute therapy session

$300 per APN Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

$150 per APN Medication Management Follow up

Appointments and Cancellations

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for a $90 fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.
